2008 National TPL/COB Conference All for One - Uniting Best Practices for a Better COB World September 28 - October 1, 2008 Denver, Colorado Join us for the 2008 National TPL/COB Conference, hosted by The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, under the direction of the Coordination of Benefits/Third Party Liability Technical Advisory Group. The focus of this year's conference is obtaining best practices from Medicaid COB/TPL programs across the country and sharing this information for the benefit of all programs. We are preparing an exciting conference agenda. For the first time, we will offer a special training session, "COB/TPL Basics." You can also attend sessions that provide a forum for states to present specific issues to experts who can help create solutions. Prior to the conference, state Medicaid COB/TPL programs will be asked to share some of their best practices which will be presented at the Conference. The Conference will be held at the Renaissance Denver Hotel-centrally located just blocks away from some of Denver's finest attractions, including The Shops at Northfield and Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Complimentary transportation is provided between the airport and hotel, between the hotel and major shopping and entertainment attractions and to Black Hawk and Central City, Mountain gaming resorts. The networking activity will be in Downtown Denver and will provide participants with the opportunity to see such historic sites as the Denver U.S. Mint and the Molly Brown House.
